Train 1 million Black Americans in Web3, AI, and digital business to close the technology ownership gap.
The Technology DAO is chartered to expand Black ownership and fluency in the technologies driving the next economy. It operates the BBS Digital Academy — a DAO-supported online learning platform providing free and subsidized access to professional certifications in Web3, AI, and digital business. State DAOs activate local tech training cohorts and connect graduates to regional employment and entrepreneurship pipelines. The EM8 token ecosystem creates economic incentives for program completion, directly tying digital education to community ownership.

Technology & Digital Empowerment
Objective: Train 1 million Black youth and adults in Web3, artificial intelligence, and digital business skills by 2035.

This initiative is led by the Technology DAO, chartered to expand Black ownership and fluency in the technologies driving the next economy. The Technology DAO will operate the BBS Digital Academy through the BBS-DAO platform, providing free or subsidized access to online academies, professional certifications, and structured mentorship.
