Reduce health disparities and build community health infrastructure through co-ops, clinic partnerships, and preventive wellness programming.
The Health DAO leads all health equity and wellness initiatives in the BBS 10-Year Agenda, targeting a 20% reduction in Black rates of hypertension, diabetes, and obesity by 2035. It develops DAO-funded community health co-ops, facilitates partnerships with Black-owned clinics and wellness practitioners, and builds standardized community wellness programming deployed through BBS chapters. State DAOs execute health programming on the ground, connecting communities to co-ops, clinics, and wellness resources in their markets.

This initiative is led by the Health DAO, which provides specialized expertise and resources to BBS chapters and State DAOs. The Health DAO will develop DAO-funded community health co-ops, facilitate partnerships with Black-owned clinics and wellness practitioners, and build standardized wellness programming deployed through BBS chapters. State DAOs execute health programming locally.
